History of the Restaurant

Awarded ‘Chef of the Century’ by the Gault Millau guide, Joël Robuchon operates a dozen restaurants in cities such as Paris, Tokyo, New York, London and Hong Kong. His restaurants have garnered a total of 25 Michelin stars – more than any other chef in the world.
