 Our produce is specially chosen by hand for its unrivalled quality, freshness and seasonality. We work with ingredients from all over the world; all the while bearing in mind our French heritage and London location. The resulting product: hand-dived scallops from the Scottish coast, the finest firm and golden caviar from Sologne, and Foie Gras from Le Périgord Noir (childhood home of Chef Jeremy Page).
